Pay is what reps we have placed in each role earn, paid by the business directly. Monthly figures are full time, 40 hours a week on US business hours.
How it works
Four steps. None of them cost you anything.
Apply
About five minutes, with your résumé and a 60 to 90 second intro video.
We screen you
Your English, your experience, a typing test and your setup. About one in two hundred applicants clears it.
We build your profile
Your intro video, a branded résumé and our written assessment, on the bench businesses hire from. We also send it to owners who have asked us for someone.
A business hires you
We set up the interview and host it. If they hire you, you work for them and they pay you, directly.
What we screen for
Read this before you apply.
Four things are required for every role. If one of them is not true for you yet, apply when it is.
- English
- Clear enough that a customer never has to concentrate to understand you, on the phone and in writing.
- Experience
- Two or more years of remote work for companies in the US, UK, Canada or Australia.
- US hours
- Full time on your client’s business hours, long term, wherever you live.
- Your setup
- Stable internet, a quiet place to work, and backup power and internet for outages.

Do I have to pay anything?
Never. We do not charge candidates anything, at any stage. Our fee is paid by the business that hires you. If anyone asks you to pay to be placed by Hirevado, it is not us: walk away and tell us.
Who pays me, and how?
The business that hires you pays you directly, in US dollars, usually through Wise, Payoneer or Deel. We are not in the middle, and we never take a percentage of your pay.
Do I work for Hirevado?
No. The business hires you and you work for them directly. We find you, screen you and set up the interview. If they hire you, they pay us a fee, once.
Are these roles open right now?
We hire for all four all year, so they are not single vacancies. When you pass our screen, you join the bench for your role, where businesses hiring for it can see you and ask to interview you.
What hours would I work?
Full time, on US business hours in your client’s timezone. It is the requirement we screen hardest for, so only apply if you can work those hours long term.
What happens after I apply?
We review every application that includes a résumé and an intro video. If you match what our clients hire for, we contact you to start screening. If your profile is strong but there is no match yet, we keep it on file and contact you when there is.
How selective is this?
Very. About one in two hundred applicants clears our full screen. A strong intro video is the biggest single thing that separates the people who go through from the people who do not.
