What we look for

  • 2+ years remote experience

    Working with companies in the US, UK, Canada or Australia.

  • Excellent English

    Clear enough that customers never have to concentrate to understand you.

  • Willing to work US hours

    Present in your client’s Slack for their full working day, whatever timezone you are in.

  • Comfortable with modern tools

    CRMs, ticketing systems, scheduling software. You pick new tools up quickly.

  • A reliable setup

    Stable internet, a quiet workspace, and a plan for when the power goes out.

Being straight with you: roughly one in two hundred applicants clears our full screening. We would rather tell you that upfront than waste your time. A thoughtful intro video is the single biggest thing that separates the people who progress from the people who do not.

How to record your intro video

Sixty to ninety seconds, recorded on your phone is completely fine. Introduce yourself, tell us about your remote experience with Western companies, and describe one difficult customer situation you handled well. Speak naturally, as if the client were watching, because they will be.

Upload it to Google Drive, Loom, or YouTube as unlisted, then set sharing so anyone with the link can view it, and paste the link below.

Do I have to pay anything?

Never. We do not charge candidates a single cent, at any stage. Our fee is paid by the company that hires you. If anyone ever asks you to pay to be placed, walk away.

Who actually pays my salary?

The company you are placed with pays you directly, usually through Wise, Payoneer, or an employer of record service such as Deel. We do not sit in the middle and we never take a percentage of your wages.

What hours would I work?

US business hours, in your client’s timezone. This is the single most important requirement we screen for, so please only apply if you are genuinely able and willing to work those hours long term.

What happens after I apply?

We review every application that includes a resume and an intro video. If you match what our clients are looking for, we will contact you for screening. If your profile is strong but there is no current match, we keep you on file and reach out when the right role appears.

How selective is this?
