Own the board. You decide which technician goes where, and you keep the day running when it changes.
Hiring all year. This is not a single vacancy. Pass our screen and you join the bench for this role, where businesses hiring a dispatcher can see you and ask to interview you.
The job
Home service companies run on their schedule. As their dispatcher you assign every job, route the technicians, and replan the day when a job runs long, a truck breaks down or an emergency call comes in. Customers get their arrival times, technicians get clear jobs, and the owner stops running the board from their phone.
Every business has its own. You work in theirs.
About $1,210 to $1,560 a month, full time, at $7 to $9 an hour. Paid by the business directly, in US dollars, usually through Wise, Payoneer or Deel.
How it works
About five minutes, with your résumé and a 60 to 90 second intro video.
Your English, your experience, a typing test and your setup. About one in two hundred applicants clears it.
Your intro video, a branded résumé and our written assessment, on the bench businesses hire from. We also send it to owners who have asked us for someone.
We set up the interview and host it. If they hire you, you work for them and they pay you, directly.
Apply
About five minutes. A résumé and an intro video are both required, and applications without them are not reviewed.
