Our recommendation
Why we recommend Kawtar.
Recommended for a client who wants someone inside their own working day, or a US client wanting early-morning East Coast coverage. She currently qualifies prospects and drives conversions for a US tax firm, managing follow-ups and CRM records against targets and KPIs.
Before that she handled events, bookings and ticketing enquiries at a 95% first-contact resolution rate, made 30 to 60 outbound calls a day for an online education group while resolving billing issues and processing payments, and spent three and a half years on appliance insurance covering claims, renewals, retention, billing and engineer scheduling. A BA and a postgraduate degree in English Literature behind it, with Arabic natively and French alongside. Strong fit for trades and home services with engineer scheduling, insurance, financial services, education or any UK business tired of overnight cover.

The assessment
English and writing
A BA and a postgraduate degree in English Literature, which is a firmer English credential than the self-assessed CEFR levels most candidates offer. She also taught English and Arabic before entering sales. The commercial evidence matches: eight years of English-language customer work including two years of daily outbound calling for an online education group, a 95% first-contact resolution rate on email and phone support, and her current role presenting solutions and handling objections for a US tax firm. She writes and speaks to customers who are deciding whether to spend money, which is the harder test.
Remote readiness
Three of her four roles have been remote to international employers, including her current US client. The more useful point is the time zone: Morocco sits on GMT, which puts her in UK and Irish business hours exactly and within an hour of Western Europe. Every other candidate on the roster serving UK clients is working nights from Asia. She can take a nine o’clock call from London at nine o’clock. Her record also shows she stays: three and a half years at 360, two years at Eteacher Group, with no gaps anywhere since March 2019.
Cultural fit
She works the full cycle rather than a slice of it. At 360 she handled appliance insurance end to end: enquiries, claims, policy detail, renewals, coverage conversations aimed at retention, billing and payment disputes, and coordinating field engineers to schedule the actual repairs. That is sales, service, admin and dispatch in one seat. The same pattern shows at Eteacher Group, where she was making outbound calls and resolving billing issues and processing payments in the same role. She is comfortable owning a customer from first contact to resolved invoice.
