Our recommendation
Why we recommend Kruger.
Recommended for a client who needs a sales and operations function designed and staffed rather than an agent to work one that already exists. At Omni MLS Mexico he built the department from the ground up and put measurable growth behind it, 37.5% more clients in six months and a 25% lift in retention through CRM implementation.
He has done the same build-from-scratch job at Más Vale Saber on HubSpot, directed sales teams across 12 states covering more than 120 advisors at Dumax, and supported a US CEO directly as a remote VA. Four CRMs on the CV, a Master's in Administration and a degree in Economics behind that. Strongest fit for a real estate, industrial, logistics or professional services client in the US or LATAM market who wants a commercial leader, not a caller.

The assessment
English and writing
Native Spanish with English at C1+, backed by an ECO553 Workplace Communication certification. He spent time as a virtual assistant to a US logistics CEO, managing the executive calendar, running mass email marketing campaigns and monthly newsletters, and producing executive presentations, all client-facing written output in English. At Omni MLS Mexico he wrote SOPs, training manuals and Loom video tutorials, so he is used to documenting a process clearly enough that someone else can follow it. Strong enough for written client work and internal leadership.
Remote readiness
True Work Logistics was fully remote to a US client, and the Future First Criminal Law, Más Vale Saber and Dumax engagements were all run as independent consultancy work, meaning he has repeatedly been trusted to deliver a result without sitting in anyone's office. At Dumax he directed sales teams across 12 states and more than 120 advisors, which is remote team management at real scale. He works across four CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zendesk, Monday), plus Asana, Trello, Brevo, Canva and Loom, so the distributed toolkit is already second nature rather than something to train in.
Cultural fit
He builds rather than maintains. Twice now, at Omni MLS Mexico and at Más Vale Saber — he has been handed a company with no sales function and produced one: processes, workflows, commercial materials, SOPs, training manuals, a CRM behind it, and recruited and coached agents to work it. That instinct to systematise shows in the numbers he keeps: 4,000 to 5,500 clients in six months, 25% better retention, 120 advisors optimised. Behind it sits a Master's in Administration and a degree in Economics, plus a Positive Psychology certification from Tecmilenio, which fits the coaching side of how he describes managing teams.
