Our recommendation
Why we recommend Amanda.
Recommended for a client who needs Spanish and English together with Portuguese as an advantage. At Dimona she supported customers across five countries through remote channels, handled enquiries and provided solutions, supported sales conversations and customer relationship management, used CRM and support platforms to organise interactions, qualified opportunities and coordinated follow-ups.
The record is one employer and she is early in her career, so place her where the language range matters more than the years: a client selling into Brazil, a US business with Latin American customers, a support queue that keeps hitting Portuguese or Spanish it cannot answer, or an appointment setting seat where the market is Latin America. She is not the hire for a client who needs someone to run a department on day one.

The assessment
English and writing
Native Portuguese, C2 English and fluent Spanish, which is three working languages in one seat. She is completing a Bachelor’s degree in Portuguese and English languages, and her degree subject is the language itself rather than a business course taught in it. At Dimona she handled customers in the United States alongside Israel, Mexico, Chile and Brazil, so the English was doing commercial work, not classroom work. She also lists Portuguese to English interpretation as a skill in its own right, which is a step beyond conversational fluency.
Remote readiness
Her only role was remote and international, covering five countries across three continents. That means she has already worked across time zones, with customers whose first language was not her own, through written and spoken channels she did not control. Her tooling is genuine support-desk software rather than a generic list: Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk for the customer record and the ticket queue, Help Scout for shared inbox support, Slack for internal communication, and Microsoft Office. Brazil sits one or two hours ahead of US Eastern depending on the season, so she covers the full US working day without a night shift and still overlaps European afternoons.
Cultural fit
She handled customers in Israel, Mexico, Chile, the United States and Brazil at the same time, which is a harder cross-cultural job than it looks on paper. That is Hebrew-speaking, Spanish-speaking, English-speaking and Portuguese-speaking markets in one queue, each with different expectations of tone, directness and escalation. She did it from the start of her career rather than growing into it. She is also studying languages by choice, which tells you the multilingual work is an interest rather than an accident of where she was born.
