Our recommendation
Why we recommend Roger.
Recommended for a client whose growth depends on outbound volume and who cares how the caller sounds. He books appointments at a measured rate, 15 confirmed per day on telehealth at 100 to 200 calls, and has run 300 to 500 calls a day on storm-damage roof inspections for a restoration business. He works in GoHighLevel, JustCall, Trellus and 8x8, so the tooling is already familiar.
Native North American English, fluent Spanish, US Central hours with no seasonal shift, and twelve years of Canadian customer-facing experience behind the campaign work. Strong fit for roofing, restoration, home services, healthcare and telehealth, or any client who has tried offshore outbound before and been let down by the accent.

The assessment
English and writing
A good English speaker by documented history. He was schooled in Brampton, Ontario, holds Canadian citizenship, and worked twelve years in Canada, nine of them as the primary client contact for hospitals at a medical services company. For an outbound seat this matters more than anywhere else on the roster: a prospect decides within seconds whether the voice on the phone sounds like someone they would do business with, and accent is the first filter. He is also genuinely bilingual with fluent Spanish, so a client reaches both English and Spanish-speaking prospects from one hire, plus basic French.
Remote readiness
Every role since 2024 has been remote to US clients, and the volume tells you the setup works: 300 to 500 dials a day is not possible on an unreliable line. Nicaragua sits in US Central time with no daylight saving shift, so he is inside US business hours year-round and overlaps every US zone during the working day. His stack is the right one for outbound: GoHighLevel, JustCall, Trellus, 8x8 and Tella Health, plus Google Sheets, Zoom, Slack and Teams. A client is not teaching him how a dialer or a pipeline works.
Cultural fit
He is comfortable in the two hardest kinds of call. Telehealth meant persuading patients to book eye exams they had not asked about, explaining why the appointment mattered and handling their concerns, at 15 confirmed bookings a day. Storm leads meant calling homeowners after property damage, which requires reading the moment correctly and leading with empathy rather than a pitch. Both are harder than selling to someone already shopping. The nine years at Daniels Sharpsmart show the other side of him: he held one client-facing role for almost a decade, managing hospital service schedules, order confirmations and issue resolution, and training new employees.
