Our recommendation
Why we recommend Alyaa.
Recommended for a lean US team that needs its processes designed and then automated. Six years of remote operations, every one of them for a US real estate business, so the market and its pace are already familiar. At Vlancia she was the sole operations resource to a founder and built the process infrastructure from nothing — SOP repository, workspace architecture, documented and improved workflows.
At Blue Ridge she owned KPI tracking and reporting and resolved departmental friction before escalation. What separates her from the other operations candidates is the automation: Make.com, Zapier, Airtable and Tally, with form-to-database workflows, trigger and action logic, task routing and notifications built rather than described. Strong fit for a real estate acquisitions team, a founder-led startup, or any client whose operations currently run on manual handoffs.

The assessment
English and writing
English certified at C1 by EF SET. The written output behind it is substantial: she designed a centralised SOP repository at Vlancia, converting undocumented workflows into processes other people could follow without asking, and rebuilt an entire shared-workspace architecture with naming conventions, folder structures and knowledge systems. That is writing judged by whether a stranger can act on it. She also compiled weekly performance reports at Homely and turned backend data into leadership-facing insight at Blue Ridge. Her own CV is cleanly and precisely written.
Remote readiness
Six years, four employers, every role fully remote to US businesses — she has never worked any other way. At Atlas Digital she coordinated a distributed team across time zones; at Blue Ridge she was the operational backbone of a cross-functional remote team, running daily check-ins, deadlines, quotas and blockers and resolving friction before it reached leadership. The automation skillset is itself a remote-work multiplier: Make.com, Zapier, Airtable, Tally and no-code workflow design mean she removes the manual handoffs that usually break when a team is distributed. Alongside those she works in Notion, Slack, Asana, ClickUp, Google Workspace and CRM platforms.
Cultural fit
She fixes the system, not the symptom. The pattern repeats across every role: identify the bottleneck, document the workflow, standardise it, then automate the recurring part. At Vlancia she explicitly documented workflows to reduce dependence on central decision-makers — building herself out of being the bottleneck, which is a rare instinct. The independent project says the same thing in a different register: she founded a TNR programme in Alexandria and ran it like an operation, with logistics, inventory, vendor negotiation and individual case records for 117 dogs and 14 cats sterilised through a single veterinary partner. Unpaid, self-directed, and organised exactly the way she organises paid work.
